We visited Niagara falls from NJ this weekend.evening staff was very helpful and polite... so i got some stuff ..there was deal going on 20% off on $500 shopping.. So 1st day my bill was 324 ,so i thought will take the 20% off and buy some more stuff..so next day i called there and asked if i can do that deal for which they said yes..i went there i was the first customer..only one girl was asking if need help..so i selected more stuff and moved to payment counter..where i told the lady that yesterday i didn't got my receipt on my mail and i requested her to check ...for which she told me to write down my mail id..and she told me i've corrected u'll get your receipt on mail this time.she didn't look very interested to talk..i mean very limited words looks rude.. So after one day today i checked again if i got my receipt on mail..unfortunately it was not there..i called to the store and asked them to correct my mail id and mail me my receipt for future...guess what it was same lady who corrected my mail..she said maybe there is some glich on our system so we cant do it ..you have to keep your paper receipt..and when u come next time we'll correct ur mail id.. I mean seriously..receipt usually fade by the time ...if in future i need to fix something how will i do that..very unprofessional.. And yes the guy who altered my watch strap gave me watch on my hand i tried to slide box towards him but he was not bothered to keep it in a box i did myself...i swear i am not going back to this store in any case...people there dont know public dealing... As an avid MK shopper I have a huge collection and a large majority of it has come from the outlet, along with ordering direct online. This past weekend we were in the store and yess I was dressed slightly frumpier than normal ( but I just had a baby 6 weeks ago and am in-between sizes. It was also raining prior to leaving so I wore older sneakers to not ruin my good shoes. ) While in the store we were approached by several associates within a few minuets asking the same question. One associates was also following us around asking questions. At first it was OK as she seemed to be trying to be helpful but as she continued to look into my stroller it was as she was trying to make sure I didn't take anything. I did have my MK wallet in my carseat as I keep it there to easily grab to pay and my MK purse in the bottom of my stroller as the associate questioned my bag below after following me for 5 minuets as I was trying to decide on a wallet to go with my new diaper bag I felt so uncomfortable and like I was being judged and watched to make sure I wasn't going to take anything I didn't even complete my purchase. I will order online where there is no chance of feeling like you need to be accused of taking anything. It is such a shame as I often shopped at the outlet for a guaranteed quick grab for items and impulse buys. Granted im sure my husband will be thrilled but I am disappointed to...

Treated like crap by a short little black dyed hair, fake eyebrowed racist. Our debit card with a chip wasn't working and she ran right over and started running her mouth about why we can't use our debit card and how we should only pay with a credit card so that it will work. When we were trying an alternative she gave us attitude and said we couldn't do it and she had policies to follow. So I said we didn't need to spend our money there and she yells at me and says well that's fine we don't need YOU to. She marched over to another coworker and accused us of trying to use a fake debit card or trick the machine into fraud or something. We simply made the machine let us use the mag strip and type in the pin instead. Our transaction was approved and we left the store with her still side eyeing us. I don't understand what her problem was she wasn't even the one serving us. When we were paying is when she came over to the counter to harass us when our debit card chip wasn't being read. She was a witch so I was equally witchy back to her. I don't understand how a store worker in an outlet mall can think she's better...
