Kate Spade Outlet — Local services in Town of Niagara

My family and I went there today and felt so uncomfortable. We were greeted upon entry which is always nice . I got a hello, and I respond with hey, how are you? Then three employees from different spots in the store just stared at us. It was silent and empty, so it made it extremely uncomfortable. It was a long awkward state and no one responded toy question. So I walked around the store and any time we came close to an employee they shuffled away from us. I posted what I wanted and brought it to the cash where three people again all gathered at cash now stared blankly at us. I put my purchase on the counter and waited. Finally a girl came out of no where and said she would take me on the register next to the one I put the bag. Confused at the lack of service I picked it up for her and moved it over the arm length. We did the purchase them as we walked out the lady who I assume is the manager totally stared me down and then my husband. Most uncomfortable I have ever felt in a store. Word of advice from on retail manager to another, your service (lack there of) is horrible and the store could do a million times better . I have been in there when it is empty and busy, no customer service is delivered at all. No matter what your product is the store will always do better and be a happier place to work with proper customer service . And don't make your clients feel uncomfortable. Solid outlet location for this higher end chain. They still have that 'boutique' feel with items laid out for easy viewing. There are plenty of signs around to clarify what markdowns each table / area has to offer. It's mostly purses, with some jewelry in the middle, and then some clothing in the very back.

The sales associate greeted me and offered any help if needed. I looked around for a gift for my sister, as she really enjoys their items. I didn't see anything that I wanted for her, but they did have a lot of options.

I would like to thank Maureen C for all her help! I'm a newbie to Kate Spade. And I've always wanted a Kate Spade purse. She went out of her way to help me and made my experience in the store a special one! She showed me a gorgeous purse and I eneded up buying it! It was so easy! The hardest part was finding a matching wallet! Haha. But with what we are experiencing in this pandemic, Maureen was so pleasant and very knowledgeable!
