Absolutely Unethical – Avoid at All Costs

If you value transparency, functionality, or even the most basic level of customer respect, stay far away from this company.

They installed a bloated, overcomplicated home theater system in my mother’s house—replacing a system we already didn’t like because of how convoluted it was. We specifically told them we didn’t want another universal remote mess, but they went ahead and pushed one anyway. Not only was it just as bad—if not worse—than the previous system, it barely worked. Constant glitches, confusing interfaces, and an overall frustrating experience for someone just trying to watch TV.

And here’s the worst part: they took advantage of my mother’s lack of technical knowledge and convinced her to shell out tens of thousands of dollars for unnecessary, high-markup gear. We later found out much of it was redundant or could’ve been handled by a couple of regular Apple TVs—exactly what we’ve since gone back to using.

When we asked them to remove the equipment and refund us for the unnecessary install, they dodged responsibility and gave us the runaround, offering only a fraction of what’s fair. No apology, no accountability, just a shrug and a final invoice.

It’s clear they prioritize profit over people and have no issue upselling garbage that doesn’t fit your needs. Save yourself the headache, the money, and the betrayal—do not trust...

The best Audio/Video place around! I've been working with Tom for many years in my home media room. I recently blew a bulb in my JVC projector. They sent a technician down within two days with a new bulb. Unfortunately that wasn't the issue I need a new projector. Tom found a new 4k JVC for me and ordered it on a Friday. I had it installed the following Tuesday. Amazing service. Then I needed a new 4k receiver. Once again with lightening speed he had it in my house. Rob the technician is not only a super nice guy but super talented! Front office is professional and always very helpful. Thank you Siobhan. Rick did such a great job creating and installing a system for 3 rooms in my old house we did almost every room in my new one! Its well designed for not only myself and the adults but our toddlers who probably use it most often. Rick's a careful listener, helped me navigate between what I thought I wanted and what I actually needed, then put together a durable cost-efficient system I've enjoyed flawlessly for years.
