Eli Custom Cabinetry — Local services in Town of North Hempstead

Very unhappy with my experience. He came, took cabinetry measurements. The project was not small. In fact there were two projects. And then I never saw or heard of him again. So I thought, ok, the man is busy, I'll give him time. Then a week later, I called once. Called twice. Called three times. To no avail. Sent a few texts, nothing. Called the office number again - left a message with the lady receptionist. Nada. No call back. So I don't care how great he is, and I'm not saying he is, if he can't even give some respect and call back, even just to say he's busy and can't take the project, he gets 1 star. And now that I'm looking back at other reviews, I see they are all from same crowd, family/friends. Sorry, but I have a business too and I don't treat potential clients/prospects this way. Won't hold my breath for a call...

It seems like they have nice looking cabinets but Eli and his family are a bunch of thieves, they like to keep people's deposits and never give it back. They smile when they take your money and then they turn into monsters when you ask for any revisions.
