Atlas New World Bistro — Restaurant in Town of North Hempstead

Just moved here and have been trying all the restaurants in the area. This place is 1 of 1, my partner and I absolutely love it and this is our regular spot now. As much as I love that it is quiet, it should not be. You won’t ever have to wait here compared to the places up the road and we have tried those as well, the food is so much better, and the service is literally immaculate. I can’t even explain it in words, phenomenal!! One thing we didn’t realize whenever we first came here was that it is in a hotel, so once you park either on the ground floor or go in the parking garage once you walk through the lobby just go down one floor or take the stairs and you can sit outside where it is beautiful with a bunch of flowers or sit inside where it is even more beautiful with tons of lighting. FIVE STAR DINE IN EXPERIENCE! We were staying at The Roslyn Hotel, New York. We were there for 17 nights for our son’s medical appointment. We got breakfast included in our stay. The breakfast was provided at the Atlas New World Bistro. It’s a fine dining place with many different options. It’s located in the lower level of the hotel.

We were served by the staff members Mr. Milan and Ms. Sam. They both were caring and receptive of our needs. They were able to customize our breakfast orders with meat free options. The food was both delicious and visually appealing. The chefs working here are phenomenal. I wish they can include more vegetarian options in their menu. The morning coffee was great. It was one of the best Decaffeinated coffee I ever had. The restaurant is well maintained and has a beautiful layout. It has bar at one corner. The music and decor are relaxing.

I would give the service 10 stars if I could! Attentive, friendly, great atmosphere. My family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience. Chef Vivek is great and we were lucky enough to speak with him and get great menu insights prior to dinner. Honestly we ordered an array from a Wagyu burger with truffle fries (and I mean real truffle fries), to chicken tikka kebab and lamb nahiri. The malai kofta and braised short ribs were the stars in my mind and the chocolate gelato to finish the night was super creamy. We also ordered several cocktails and they were all made perfectly.
