THE OWNERS OF THIS STORE ARE THE NASTIEST, UNSCRUPULOUS, UNCONSCIONABLE AND MOST GREEDY BROTHERS ON THE PLANET. THEY SOLD MY DESIGNER AND MYSELF A "BACCARAT" CHANDELIER AND "MATCHING SCONCES". WHEN I HAD THEM INDEPENDENTLY APPRAISED, THE BROTHERS REFUSED TO TAKE THE ITEMS BACK, BECAUSE THEY HAD RIPPED ME OFF TO THE TUNE OF NEARLY $20,000!!! THEY LIED THROUGH THEIR TEETH ABOUT THE AUTHENTICITY OF THE FIXTURES, THEY WALKED AWAY AND REFUSED TO EVEN GIVE A STORE CREDIT. THEY ARE HORRIFIC INDIVIDUALS WHO PRETEND TO KNOW THE BUSINESS BUT IN REALITY ARE DEALER WANNA-BE'S. I ADVISE ANYONE AND EVERYONE TO AVOID THIS STORE LIKE THE PLAGUE. THESE PEOPLE ARE LIKE A CANCER UPON THE TOWN OF ROSYLN AND GIVE HONORABLE MEN AND WOMEN EVERYWHERE A BAD NAME. THEY DO NOT KNOW ABOUT WHAT THEY SPEAK AND WHEN CAUGHT IN A LIE, RUN THE OTHER WAY. ...

Do not, I repeat do not deal with these guys. I was trying to order from overseas and they refused to help with packaging. Turned out to be the hardest people to deal with to a point I could not deal with them again. I have no doubt they will respond to this review with their point of view but all I can say is that they are money hungry, refuse to try to help, worst service ever and I would never recommend anyone use them again.
