I am not very happy at the moment. My husband bought me a beautiful LeVian Chocolate diamond watch two years ago. The watch band became tarnished because I wore it every day. Normal use. It has been taken very good care of. I took the watch back to the store where it was purchased to have the band replaced. At the time of $400.00 It had to be sent in to LeVian to be done. It has now been 3 months and I am still waiting for it to come back. First it was supposed to be back in may. Then two weeks ago and last , this past Friday. Needless to say it still has not been returned. At this point I don't care about the new band. I would just like my watch back. If I would have known it would take this long I never would have sent it in. I didn't want to to begin with because of the cost of the new watch band,but my husband insisted on it. Then the store where it was purchased from called and wanted to know if I wanted the face replaced on my watch also ,as it was scratched 'another $300.00 ' I told them absolutely not. Just get my watch back. In the mean time I bought another LeVian chocolate diamond watch. Not knowing I would more then likely have the same issue with the watch band on this new one. So. I put it in my jewelry box and that's where it will stay. I wouldn't have bought the new one if I would have known the cost of replacing the band on the first one. I have many many LeVian Chocolate diamond pieces but I'm very disappointed in this watch. Plus the time it has taken to replace the watch...
