S. Kashi — Local services in Town of North Hempstead

We ordered a ring from one of S Kashi's vendors. Unfortunately, we had a horrible experience with the jeweler and when we contacted S Kashi via phone, they were most unhelpful and did not care that we had received three wrong rings, one of which was defective altogether. When we didn't have a great call with the first S Kashi employee, who told us they do not work or speak with customers directly, we attempted to contact management through LinkedIn and even their Instagram account - all of which went unanswered. We attempted to call on two more occasions and neither representative was helpful and kept redirecting us to deal with the jeweler who did nothing to make this right. Both S Kashi and Reflections Fine Jewelry in New York are unhelpful, dishonest, provide poor customer service and simply do not care about you or your experience. Even though I fell in love with the engagement ring we picked out, we've ultimately returned the third ring sent to us because we were sent an entirely different model. Received multiple defective rings and one incorrect model. S Kashi refused to talk to me at all regarding the matter. My only option given was to receive a refund after paying for shipping and a setting.

Edit: replying to Kashi - My review is a reflection on my experience with S. Kashi’s quality control and customer service. The jeweler I purchased the ring through received two defects and an incorrect order. Image attached is of the defects. The replacement of the second defective order was the ENTIRELY wrong ring. When the jeweler gave up I tried to reach out to S Kashi directly but, after explaining what had happened multiple times, I was told “we do not deal with customers. The people at S Kashi are incredible!!! I have worked with them going on 25 years now and it has been a great relationship. They have high quality jewelry at affordable prices. The staff is quick to respond to me whenever i need something and they always make it SUPER easy!!!! They have a huge selection which lets me have more options to show my customers whenever i need to WOW them. Honestly I could go on for awhile about S. Kashi but you really need to just experience it all yourself!!! They have been a delightful Company to work with and will get the job done fast and efficiently every time. Thanks Ron and Ellie...
