Great Natural Farm — Attraction in Town of North Hempstead

Terrible customer service here. I went to visit the store July 31st around 4:30pm.. completely starving and all I wanted was a pack of sliced mangos. The young woman made my life extremely hard because I had a $100 bill. She kept trying to tell me todo Apple Pay or pay by card but I didn’t have a card with me. She had change in her drawer and refused to sell to me if I hadn’t had bought more… what kind of business is this? I’m not going to go food shopping in the middle of nowhere because honestly I was an hour away from home and I wasn’t going home anytime soon. But lastly to top it off I asked if I can use the restroom because I am pregnant and she also said NO. Coming here was a night mare for something so...

I love shopping at Great Natural Farm! The store is always clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with fresh produce and quality products. The staff are friendly, helpful, and go out of their way to provide great customer service. Prices are fair, and I always find a good selection of items that I can’t get anywhere else. Strange little store that still seems to be in "soft open" mode even though it's been open for almost a year. Has some interesting and hard to find items but the prices, even for the neighborhood, seem very high especially for the fruit and produce. Inconsistently stocked and somewhat bare at times.
