Michael Kors Collection — Local services in Town of North Hempstead

Associate who works there (of Asian descent) doesn’t seem to like black people. We attempt to walk in the store, she’s standing in front of the door speaking in another language to her friends or maybe patrons that speak the same language as her. We have to say “excuse me” in order to get in the front door. Mind you, there was no line, she just doesn’t have any manners. We get in, and walk around for a few minutes before we we are greeted. Then the associate comes back in the store and is texting on her phone. She then takes a phone call speaking in the same language obnoxiously loud for absolutely no reason, and never greeted us during this entire encounter. If it weren’t for the other two associates that were much MUCH nicer, would have given it a one out of five. One of the associates also noticed her rudeness, because even she looked confused as to why we weren’t greeted. Won’t be walking back in this store. That lady needs to learn the importance of sales, interpersonal communication skills, and with it being 2022, acceptance of individuals...

Had to return many holiday and birthday gifts...I was assisted with courtesy grace and patience...The whole endeavor took an hour and a half...I walked out with beautiful exchanges that represented me...Thank you to the staff...please forgive me ...a special thank you to Susan or Anne...don’t know why I can’t remember but thank you thank you...

Great place to shop... The staff is very courteous, amiable & knowledgeable of their line of merchandise. They made Christmas Shopping a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this store. Merry Christmas & Happy...
