Sadly we live in a world where few companies and fewer people go above and beyond in their attention to customer needs or in the service they provide. Thankfully, then there is Two by London! I cannot begin to say enough about their products, service or employees.

I had purchased a gorgeous and very high quality diamond from a well known online diamond company but it needed to be resized in a rush and there is no way the online retailer could have done it quacky enough. So, I called several of the most exclusive brands in Manhattan where I live to ask if they could resize it quickly. None of them would do work on a ring purchased elsewhere. The nice manage at Piaget told me given the quality of the stones he would not want me to leave it with another retailer for sizing though they couldn't do it for me. I asked if there was anyone he would trust and the only name he was willing to offer as trustworthy and able to provide magnificent quality was London Jewelers.

I called Ed, the manager of the Manhattan store and he was amazingly helpful and explained he didn't have an in-house ability to resize at this time but I should call Andriana at their Manhasset location and explain the situation. I called Andriana and she said that I should bring it in that day and she would make my timeframe work. So, I got in the car.

When I arrived I was greeted by Andriana, Farnoush & Dmitri who took measurements of the stone, took photos of the stone, compared the stone to the GIA cert and said "we can do this for you. The thought then hit me to ask if they could show other possible settings. These two amazing people asked me to tell them about the lifestyle and style of the recipient and then spent quite a while showing me various settings, offering their thoughts of what might be most appropriate based on who would be wearing the ring and helped me pick out a setting that really enhanced the beauty of the stone. I chose a setting and asked if they were certain they could turn it around in time. They assured me they could.

When I arrived to get the ring it was as amazing as the service and thoughtfulness of the Two by London staff. Not only was the ring amazing and the presentation luxurious but the attention to small details such as including cleaner, a beautiful storage pouch, a large I Love You chocolate bar to include and other small but meaningful details.

Between the absolutely stunning products, the amazingly attentive service, the quality of their work and the unparalleled staff I have found the only jeweler I have ever endorsed or could imagine relying on. There is no better company for quality bridal or other Jewelry and the store itself is elegant, clean and inviting.

Words cannot express how thankful I am to have had the pleasure of working with Andriana at TWO by London. My experience at TWO by London began when my fiancé and I first started shopping for engagement rings. I immediately found a ring there that I fell in love with. Fast forward several months later and a friend who worked at a local jeweler offered to help my fiancé design a custom engagement ring. Unfortunately, in the end, we were both unhappy with the setting after the jeweler failed to present a rendering of the ring prior to it being made. In the meantime, she never stopped searching for the ring I had seen and loved almost a year prior...Somehow, she was able to find it! Andriana had my diamond re-set into the very same setting I initially fell in love with. The final result was so beautiful and far exceeded my expectations!

Andriana went above and beyond for my fiancé and I every step of the way. She helped us pick out our wedding bands and came up with the idea to add a CZ into my old setting so that I can use it as a travel ring. She is extremely knowledgeable and has an eye for jewelry. What sets Andriana apart, is that she truly cares about her clients. She exemplifies the definition of exceptional customer service in every way. She is a genuinely kind and thoughtful person who will go out of her way to make sure her clients are happy. She always made herself available to meet with us and we were greeted with a warm and friendly smile each time. She has the patience of a saint and never made us feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. She gave us time to think about our options and answered any questions we had. My family and future son-in-law visited Two by London in Manhasset for the purpose of finding a speciality ring to accompany by daughter’s engagement ring. After viewing a number of beautiful rings, it became clear her wishes could only be fulfilled by developing a custom made item. Working with Lori and Adrianna, a designed was agreed to, a drawing was developed and approved, the ring was made and presented. In our wildest imagination, we could never have expected such magnificent work . The entire process, from approval to delivery took about four weeks. Follow up phone calls were always answered or returned promptly. For follow up in person visits, we were always greeted by either one of these two ladies. As both had the necessary background information of the project, these visits were streamlined and concise. Throughout the process, the level of professionalism, communication skills and product knowledge displayed by these ladies became clear. I knew our interface would funneleffectively through the product production team. Again, the end result was flawless. Also I developed a very high level of trustworthiness in these ladies, a trait I consider of paramount import especially in the jewelry environment. The retail location itself was clean from both a sanitary and a store layout perspective, making shopping easy and enjoyable. Finally, there are many options available to those in need of a piece of jewelry. Whether it be small or more elaborate, a piece readily available or as in our case one requiring special attention, buyers need peace of mind that a purchase is of high quality and craftsmanship. Fulfilling a person’s dream with a piece of jewelry should be left in the hands of a reputable jewelry house, not a jewelry store. And yes, there is a notable difference in the two.
