Very unprofessional, to say the least.
The company is run by the Edelman family (Steven, Brian, others). On March 20, I was contacted by Brian about a job opportunity, which I accepted and began communicating regarding availability, compensation, etc. Upon request, I included my resume in my initial email.
To avoid duplicate submission, I requested the name of the client but haven’t received a response. I followed up the next day, but also without response. I followed up again the following day to no avail. Then, I followed up a few days later with the same results. Finally, I emailed Steven (the CEO), including complete email history. Steven ignored me. I followed up with Steven again, but he ignored that email as well. I know he read my email because I received a “Delivery Receipt” and “Read Receipt” from the mail server.
The fact that my resume was obtained, with no indication of proceeding further, leads me to believe they’re practicing “resume harvesting”, which is immoral and unethical.

Read moreI recieved an email after applying for a few positions on ziprecruiter and the email I recieved was unprofessional and sketchy, without an interview offered me a position somewhere near my home city.
Said it was contract work at 15/hr and a 1099 position.
So I did some research and this company appears to be placing underqualified individuals in positions where they are doomed to be unsatisfactory so you can be qualified for severance without pay.
The reason I believe this is they contacted me with an old resume where I had NO qualifications and still offered me the position without interview.
Do not trust these people
tldr; These guys are sketchy and will likely cheat you out of money.
They do not screen incoming applicants, and will set you...
