Mr. Wish Great Neck — Restaurant in Town of North Hempstead

I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding the deplorable service I recently encountered at your establishment, me.wish. As a customer, I expect a basic level of respect and professionalism, neither of which were extended to me during my recent visit.

The behavior exhibited by one of your employees, a young woman stationed at the counter, was not only disrespectful but also utterly unbecoming of someone in a customer service role. I was subjected to public ridicule as she openly derided and mocked me and my sister in front of her colleagues. Furthermore, the manner in which she handled and ultimately disposed of the product I purchased was nothing short of disdainful.

Such treatment is wholly unacceptable and reflects poorly on your establishment. As a paying customer, I demand immediate action be taken to rectify this situation. Specifically, I insist that a senior member of management contacts me without delay to offer a formal apology and assurances that steps will be taken to prevent similar incidents in the future.

Please be advised that I take this matter very seriously and expect a prompt response. Failure to address my concerns in a satisfactory manner will compel me to escalate this issue further, and I assure you, the repercussions will not be inconsequential.

We got our drinks and walked out. A minute later I realize it’s leaking so we go in and ask for a compromise. They started swearing at us, telling is to leave and that they don’t need us. Not to mention, on previous times I’ve come here they talk bad about people in Chinese, going as far as calling them slurs

Reply to the comment, yes I’m sure. Why would I lie about this? My drink was spilt in the bag somehow, we went back to negotiate, a lady ended up kicking us out, telling us that they didn’t care if we left, nor did it make a difference. We tried to talk calmly, like calm and collected people were, but she straight up denied this and then went as far as yelling at us and conversing with the other employees, saying “oh it’s not possible, they’re liars”. They didn’t even give us a second to speak, right away just told us we were wrong and that we were lying. I have other friends who have also...

The BEST spot in the entire great neck area for a refreshment. YUM YUM ! You can add or remove tapioca bubbles, or aloe chunks as desired. They use high quality ingredients, I had a taro milk tea with real taro pieces ! I have always been attended with great care at this establishment. Out of all the Mr.Wishes I have visited, this location has the sweetest employees. Certain drinks have more sweetness than others and the lady at the front desk is great at recommending what sugar percentage to get based on your sweetness tolerance.
