The Platonic Ideal of pharmacies. Town Pharmacy is subjectively the best pharmacy I've ever patronized and you will never regret switching to them.

The unavoidable drudgery of chain pharmacies to me was even worse than going to the DMV. It was always a familiar nightmare: wait in a line for 45 minutes cordoned off in a mini-TSA checkpoint, understaffed, ever-changing employees yelling over each other, medication availability, prescriptions not showing up etc.,

In stark contrast, if you send your prescriptions to Town Pharmacy, you can expect to pick them up with no fuss and minimal wait. Fast, efficient, everything is already packed, just a quick in and out. The first few times I used their services I thought I was in a Twilight Zone episode, I was almost in disbelief. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, quick and open communication, patience and understanding, but above all else, very caring. I once misread their store hours and one of the owners stayed an hour after closing to make sure my mother got her medications. They'll remember your name, treat you like a human, and make sure you are taken care of, full stop.

The gap in professionalism between here and the competition is so vast, it's a real struggle to find words to adequately describe its level of...

I would not go to any other pharmacy in Little Neck or Great Neck. I simply cannot say enough about their reliability, their customer service and their professionalism!

Bottom line: THEY CARE.

I live in California but I fly back to New York every 6 weeks to visit my mom. Initially, I would stop by the pharmacy only while visiting New York, but over the last year, I have also contacted them from California.

Crucially, they are extremely reliable. In fact, they spoil me with their customer service. On December 31, 2024, my mom was in dire need of some medication. Late on New Year’s Eve, I called from California, and despite the fact that they were about to close, one of the owners took it upon himself to personally deliver the medication to my mom!

Regardless of whether I walk in or I call, I encounter the utmost professionalism and respect. This treatment starts with the owners, but extends down to the young assistants. I can remember admonishing one of the assistants to please stop calling me “Sir”!

Town Pharmacy has a large selection of products, and if they don’t happen to have an item my mom needs, they order it so that she can have it the next day.

I hadn’t gone to my sons ENT doctor in several years and my son had an ear infection. The medication was a brand new one on the market so our ENT told me he was sending the script to Town Pharmacy in Great Neck, NY as the medication is veryy expensive and would be veryy reasonable at this pharmacy. I told our doctor that I can’t drive anymore and he said “ don’t worry, this great pharmacy will deliver at no cost “. Within 10 minutes, the NICEST person from the pharmacy called to ask if I’d be home in a hour as my sons med will be delivered to Garden City which isn’t close to Great Neck. I arrive home and within 30 minutes, the NICEST delivery boy, Arthur, was at my door who was sooooo nice and polite. I opened the bag and there was a HAND written, beautifully personalized thank you card written to my son and I with our names, thanking us. I was absolutely blownnnnn away. I’m going to be giving Town Pharmacy’s information to all my doctors and my sons doctors especially the specialized doctors. Plus, they do Veteninary medications too so our Vet will be getting this too.

In this day and age, WHERE do you get such personalized service..........Helloooo ??
