My family has gone to OKG for the past 10 years and each experience keeps getting better. They have become an extension of my family. My last visit to OKG was to have the prong on my diamond engagement ring repaired. The setting could not be fixed after 30 years of hard wear and tear. Garan knew exactly what kind of setting would make my stone look its best and picked out three that were perfect for me. After choosing the most beautiful setting, Garan put my stone into my new setting while I watched. Ana took the jewelry I was wearing and cleaned everything while I waited. I walked out of OKG floating on air I was so happy!

I recently had my tennis bracelet fixed at OKG Jewelry and I am so happy and satisfied with all of their work I want to tell everyone. Garan, Osanna and Ana are knowledgeable, helpful and nice. There is never any pressure and they give you so many options. They are one of the few establishments that will reset your ‘old’ stones in more modern styles. This review is so long overdue but I could not pass up writing a review for OKG Jewelry! I went shopping with my significant other because I had minimal knowledge on diamond cuts and did not know what style I wanted or I wanted. We initially went to a ‘commercial’ jewelry store, which was a good first step but during that point, I thought that doing the research/shopping was going to be a grueling experience. We live very close to OKG jewelry and I had heard from a close friend that her fiancé went to a family jeweler and that their experience was exceptional. When we walked in and spoke to the sales reps, it was not long until I knew that we would buy the ring at OKG jewelry! They were extremely patient with me throughout the process of figuring out what style ring I wanted, which was very important to me. I did not feel rushed and I trusted their opinions and appreciated when they had one. They were not pushy even when we decided we needed an additional visit to really figure out what ring was for me! We got engaged on 11/30/19. My first reaction was that the ring was so shiny and beautifully custom made. My fiancé said when he was keeping it in a safe space before proposing he could not stop checking/looking at it.
