Service is horrible. The first time I went here, I ordered a salad. I got up to the cashier and asked fit dressing before I paid. I was told there was none of the normal salad dressing left. I asked if there was a different kind of dressing but the cashier rudely walked away rather then answer me. After a few minutes, the cashier came back with a dressing. When I asked what kind of dressing it was, I was told "its dressing". Did I still want it? It was a very offputting experience and proceeded to avoid this location for close to a year.
Ultimately I gave them another chance, hoping I had just caught them on an off day. I was wrong. This time around, The first worker asked what I wanted with out greeting me (1st strike) and began putting my order together. In chipotle fashion, she passed my order off to the next worker to finish. Except there was nobody there. She was filling up what felt like all of the individual ingredient buckets. Then she wiped everything down before coming over to finish my order. During this time, 4 orders had backed up and was now sitting there waiting to be completed. I grew up in the food industry. The customer always comes first. (2nd strike). Finally, my order is passed off to the cashier. Except the cashier is on a phone call the entire time and only vaguely paying attention to us and our order. (Strike 3). She asked if we wanted chips after we said "that's all". She rang us up and took me payment with out ever telling me a total (ok, it says it on the screen, but a little bit of customer service goes a long way). She does not thank us or wish us a good day, or even acknowledge that we are there before moving on to the next customer. I will not be returning to this location, no matter how convenient it is. They need to get their act together and learn the meaning of customer service, or even just...
Read moreStopped in to grab a salad bowl to go to bring home for dinner with my Wife. Service was fast and friendly accept that they seemed to be running out of their special salad dressing (kept refrigerated in the bottled and canned refrigerator) and it was only 3.30p.m in the afternoon. I ask the man ringing me up and he said they were out. I replied so no one till the store closes can get dressings for their food orders really? Then he offered to be able to make more but u would have to wait 5 minutes or so which is no big deal. 5 minutes passed and I got my order but in that time I got a chance to look around and this chipotle is a mess. No napkins at the condiment and soda self help area also forks almost gone and various utensil thrown all over the counter (maybe used yuck?) and just a sloppy unappetizing look for a place where people eat. The management need to manage better in two areas. 1 that applies for food items like sauces and condiments are checked and restocked BEFORE they run out. 2 that the napkin and utensil area should be checked as well and restocked and kept super clean. I love chipotle but this mess in and almost empty store during non peak hours show poor management and or staffing. Otherwise on the food alone and service they get 4 stars. Make it clean and stocked and I will happily change to 5 stars as I always expect...
Read moreI Came to this particular location for the 1st time on 07/01/2015 shortly after 1pm and ordered 2 chicken bowls for take out. There were a few people in the place eating in so the place was not crowded at all. The floors appeared adequately clean the attitude did not appear to be negative or unfriendly although I could see where it could be if someone complained about ones order. When I got home and began to eat my chicken bowl the chicken tasted like it was grilled but the texture was a bit strange after I kept chewing the never-ending chicken. The quality of the chicken was definitely not the same as say the Chipotle Grill on Austin Street in Forest Hills. Perhaps time will tell but hopefully the quality of the chicken will improve sooner than later. As for the customer service aspect perhaps management can provide the front end staff who deal with the public greater training when it comes to dealing with people because I myself know that it is not an easy thing when I comes to dealing with the public but bad representation reflex on the business and being that Chipotle Grill is a growing company it is important to always maintain as much as possible an approachable attitude willing to...
