I went here on Friday 6/6/2025 after work. I would like to start by saying this is the only place I shop, however, I have to now find someplace new. Victoria's Secret has a new policy apparently to spray three different perfumes every three hours on the Victoria's Secret side no one was spraying on the Pink side, but you know that smells perfumed both sides. I shop at the Victoria's Secret side. When I say overbearing smells mixed all together I had an allergic reaction, I had to use my pump and then put a mask on. I asked the girl Why are you spraying so much? She said they pay me to spray perfume every three hours. I told her that people who come into the store may suffer from allergies like myself and this to much. There was a lady on the Pink side who was complaining about the smell being too strong. It's ridiculous that your shoppers can't shop comfortably in your stores anymore without being poisoned to the point that it triggers an allergic reaction. Shameful what Victoria's Secret has their employees doing on their downtime. If you a purchasing perfumes or body sprays you won't be able to figure out which scent you like, because the air is so saturated with so many different smells, you don't know what you are buying. SMH with discuss. Then you get to the register and say to the cashier Is your supervisor or manager here. He's rubbing his eyes and coughing all over the place, clearly bothered by the scents. He said the manager stepped out and I said the young lady is spraying too much perfume. People are uncomfortable and it's triggering an allergic reaction. He said they are making us spray scents every three hours. I'm like not the whole bottle and not three at a time. He started to laugh, was like Wow. Is this the new Victoria's Secret? I used to work for Victoria's Secret in Maryland in the 90s as an assistant manager and in the 2000s I worked at the one on 34th Street in New York City, Never sprayed randomly three bottles of perfume at one time in the store. We were considerate of the shoppers' sensitivity levels and the shoppers who were looking for perfumes or body mists sprayed enough scents that we didn't need to add to it. SHAME ON YOU Victoria's Secret.. By the way, the young lady spraying did apologize, then kept spraying and hid in the back until I left, because she heard how I was wheezing. I look forward to your company addressing these concerns. What an awful...
Read moreThe store is spacious and organized. Not many customers(3 including me), now I know why. I was there to make an exchange. There were 2 people ahead of me on the line, both being rung up. When it was my turn, the lazy, rude manager left the register and told me the other associate waiting on a customer would be with me. I asked if she could help me because I was in a rush to get back to the hospital. She said, "No, I will get someone to help you." She walked away and commenced to pretend to refold panties. I will never shop at Victoria Secrets again. They have the WORST customer service ever!! I really wanted to give her a piece of my mind, instead they won't get any of my money!! If it wasn't a gift card purchase, I would have just...
Read moreIf I can give a 0 I would. This place is horrible. No one could measure me and they had me trying 5 different bras and none fit anyway. When I tried to get help I had to get fully dressed because the attendant was busy dealing with her phone. No one should shop here. They do not care about customer service or care. I went in with the intention of spending money and their intention was that they did not care either way. One person at the register and 1 person as the helper who did not know what she was doing. Waited for a manager for almost an and of course the manager did not come. This place...
