Vuori — Local services in Town of North Hempstead

I love Vuori and usually have no problem finding pieces at other locations, but this one has some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I come to the Americana often and always stop in this store, yet I’ve never left with a purchase. I constantly have to wait for staff to finish chatting before being helped, workers are on their phones and annoyed when you ask a question, and dealt with zero effort in finding alternatives. Management, please do better. Shoppers, do yourself a favor and go one store over to Athleta where you will be waited on...

One of my favorite stores in Americana! The quality of their clothing is amazing and all of the staff are so accommodating and helpful. Everytime I come in Patricia is so friendly and makes my shopping experience such a pleasure! I always look forward to coming back because of her and she pulls such great pieces for me.
