Very large selection of yarn, cute little shop. The pricing is normal for the yarn, not that cheap but nothing crazy. I was there during a 20% off sale, so I got a pretty good deal. I asked the owner to wind a cake for me, but as it was winding she wasn't paying attention to it, so it got stuck and streched out the single ply yarn a little bit. Instead of offering to replace it, she just rolled in into a ball. I was also one of the only customers in at the time and she had a small group of ladies knitting in the front. I just feel that she wasn't paying enough attention to me as a customer when I was asking her some questions. She should have focused on me as a customer instead of interrupting me to talk with her friends. Would have given five starts if not for subpar...

I LOVE going to Knitting nation. Jane always has a huge selection of top quality yarns. She is always getting new yarns in to satisfy my passion of keeping my stash all stocked up!!!!! Her knit alongs and general sit and knit sessions in her store are always so warm and welcoming. I love sitting at her table in the front of her lovely store and watching the world go by in the store window as I knit and socialize with other knitters. It is a true community that is always welcoming of anyone walking in the door that wants to sit and knit awhile. Her staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable. I was trying to purchase yarn for a scarf. When I asked how many skeins the owner could not calculate this which I never encountered in all my years and places I have purchased yarn. She said to buy extra just in case I run out and said I can have credit if I do not use it all. I do not want credit in a store that does not give back your money when I did not use all the skeins. The customer service and knowledge of the product they sell is not up to par. I will never purchase yarn in that...
