A 9th generation Nyacker here. The first few times I visited were great. They have a wonderful selection of smoothies (Turmeric Banana is to die for), and ladies who work there are very friendly and helpful. But when I visited the place yesterday, I was served by a bearded boy who was very unprofessional. Once he saw that I didn't leave a tip, he didn't say a word and just left the smoothies on the counter without calling us, then left the scene. Is he not paid sufficiently? I was filming the beautiful interior of the store, so was able to capture the whole thing on video.
Here are a couple of thoughts for the management: As a Nyacker, I'm embarrassed to see such low-quality staffing. It really shouldn't be so hard identifying a more suitable personality in the area. My partner's vegan pizza, instead, was an absolute abomination: a gelatinous mess of vegan cheese over something that looked like a tortilla. Don't get me wrong: I know the entire concept of a vegan pizza is kind of wrong, but I have tried my fair share of vegan pizzas because of my partner and they have ranked from so so to quite good. Bari's vegan pizza, instead, was something I would not feed to a dog....

Was decent but definitely missing some veggies, should absolutely add some tomatoes/cucumbers in there. Also their garlic “sauce” is literally just oil with some garlic in it… try harder please. EDIT in response to owner’s response: I AM the person with the food allergies (gluten and dairy free) and this pizza is still a poor excuse for food. Please remove this from your menu or replace it with something that is actually edible. Having a food allergy doesn’t mean we lost our ability to taste. And yes, your menu has no detail about what is in any of your dishes so maybe consider adding...
