Was such a pleasant surprise to come back to Nyack and find this smoke shop here. The owners and staff are super kind, helpful, and patient - especially for someone like me who likes to ask a lot of questions! They're centrally located, well-stocked and can facilitate all your smoking-related wants and needs. This shop sold me a fake geek bar, when I scanned the verification code on the geek bar it was fake, it didn’t exist in the system. Also I was able to tell by the taste that it was counterfeit. Also, the staff in the store were extremely pushy for you to purchase a product and were very ignorant and rude in a sense. I was stunned and astonished when i went into the store. Definitely one of the best looking smoke shop i have been to in a while. The customer service was also really good. I met the owners, extremely nice and humble, made me feel like it was my shop. Loved the ambiance and of course the prices of the products are really reasonable with good quality.
