I was midway through placing an online order at the register (had my address and name entered and needed my credit card info) when they asked me to step aside so they could cash out "the person behind me." But after they were on their third customer transaction and I was left to keep waiting, I told them to cancel my order and I left. It's my husband's birthday and my time is just as important as the people in line behind me. If an online order is going to hold up a line (which there wasn't a line when we started placing the order) then they need a different system for online orders, or multiple registers to handle doing them at the same time. I'm hoping I can get a similar deal online now because they were on sale in the store but they don't carry many shoes in my size.
Giving 3 stars to counter my negative review because my husband had a better experience and was able to get measured and find a pair of shoes he liked and pay for it without waiting.

After I tried on different variety, found a pair I liked but not in color I wanted. She placed an online order and said 7-10 business days they would arrive. After a month, which i called multiple times and was told "should be on the truck. We will call you when arrive". Then the final phone call, a girl told me they werent in yet, she saw how old the order was and said she "i will bring this up to my manager and have him call you. I appologize, this shouldnt have happened." No phone calls from anybody from this store. My wife and I went to Runners Roost in East Amherst and they were spectacular. The girl was very informative, brought out many different choices and was professional. She showed me color options available online and i placed an order in the store. Before 10 business days were up, I received a call, stating they were in. I returned to the store, she had me try them on and then I completed the transaction and been very pleased. Read moreI had to write a great review regarding the customer service of this location. I bought a pair of shoes in June and there was a hole starting to grow in the fabric of the shoe already. I called the store and asked if there was anything they could do to help even though it was beyond 30 days. The woman on the phone said they could try to help but I would need to come to the store. When I came in I actually talked to the associate who had talked to me on the phone. She called her manager and was able to exchange my shoes for a new pair. This store went above and beyond for me as a customer for a not great situation.
