Amazing Amusements — Local services in Town of Oyster Bay

We rented a Gyroscope from Amazing Amusements Online for a company event, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The communication from the team was poor right from day one, taking days to answer any of my emails. This went on for two months before our event. On the day of the event, I called several times to get an estimated arrival time, and I was repeatedly told that the delivery team was "just around the corner." This went on for nearly an hour and a half, leaving us unable to properly prepare.

The team was supposed to arrive 1-1.5 hours before our event, which started at 1:30 pm. However, they didn't arrive until 1:20 pm, and the Gyrotron wasn’t ready for use until 2:30 pm—an hour into the event. This delay significantly impacted our schedule and the overall experience for our guests.

When I requested a refund for the hour that was lost they told me they did not have a refund policy but they would give me a discount on our next event.
