Paella Party CT is magical. They catered our wedding and did a phenomenal job. Foremost, the Paella we and our guests had was unbelievable--so full of flavor and balance, perfectly cooked and beautifully arranged. So many guests came up to us during the wedding and afterwards to tell us it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding, and I can certainly say the same. We heard the same thing from people who got the Valenciana, the Mediterranean and I think most of all from the vegetarians, who were completely blown away! Beyond the paella, we were so impressed (though not surprised) with how warm, helpful and attentive the whole team was. The hors d'oeuvre were beautifully arranged. The team were everywhere--now serving wine, now clearing plates, now chatting with guests. It was incredible. Finally, both Alverto and Larissa were so warm, thoughtful and kind, always there to share in and reinforce our excitement for our wedding. We had Paella Party cater for our wedding of ~70 people this past weekend and they were amazing. My bridesmaid and I had a tasting with them a few months beforehand and we loved the appetizers, food, and Alberto and Larissa! The tequenos de queso - my GOSH - so amazing. The presentation and taste of the paella is out of this world. They were so fun to talk to, not to mention very good communication and easy to plan with. There were several food restrictions in our guest list that they were able meet. Larissa was very patient with me in finalizing the menu and head count after RSVPs. They were on time, friendly, and brought an awesome team of servers. Several guests said that their only regret was not grabbing second and third servings. Salas foods catered my mom’s surprise birthday party and made the party extra special. Alberto and Larissa graciously handled every curve ball that came up with party planning during a pandemic, from changing locations to diminishing guest list. Alberto went above and beyond with delicious items not even on the menu. The guests loved the paella experience, and the guest of honor even got involved in the cooking, which she loved! Alberto knew we would have left-overs so he brought containers for guests to take a paella home. My parents have been having paella Saturday nights, thawing the leftovers for a weekend treat.
