Went into store to purchased chocolates, and the teenager behind the counter did not acknowledge me as a browsed, I went over to counter to tell her what I wanted, still ignored me then 2 13-14 yr olds entered she FINALLY comes to counter and TOTALLY ignored me and proceeds to help them. I quietly said you just lost a good sale and walked out. She never acknowledged or apologized. NEVER EVER will I step foot in that shop again. She needs to be re-trained in...

Chocolate Works in Plainview is the best!!!!!!! They make all my platters for work and personal.... I had a beautiful platter for my sisters 60th made... They added candy pearls and sparkles and pink chocolate...... I highly suggest you try them out for your next occassion.. I wish I could...
