I’ve consistently had negative experiences at this Sephora location. The shelves are often messy, with testers and products left dirty and disorganized. Many times, items are marked as out of stock, but if you take the time to search behind or beside other products, you might find what you’re looking for something the staff should be doing, not the customers.
Unfortunately, the service is just as disappointing. Most of the employees come off as uninterested, unhelpful, and at times, downright rude. There’s a lack of professionalism and basic courtesy, and it often feels like they carry an attitude rather than a willingness to assist. It’s discouraging, especially in a store where customer service should be a priority.
It’s no surprise that many people have voiced similar complaints. Poor management, inexperienced staff, and bad attitudes are driving loyal customers away. Sephora should remember that without customers, there is no business. I hope the team reevaluates how they treat people and start showing more decency and respect, before it’s too late.

   Read moreThe Boy with the long hair at the door is very rude. When I walked in to pick up my pick up order, he was rude from the start. I told him I needed help with multiple things, he sent me too the collection of makeup I had interest in and told me someone would be there waiting for me. 5 minutes goes by no one comes to help me , so I walk back to him to explain what’s going on and he refuses to help me and with a attitude sends me back to the the location I was at waiting for help. Make a long story short I had to find help on my own. Now mind you im a African American Woman, when I was walking out the store when I was finished with everything , the boy at the door who I asked for help was assisting someone else that was caucasian and he was so pleasant and nice and helped her with her needs but when it came to me he didn’t have time. I took offense to that rather he ment to do it or not. This is not a friendly Sephora well at least not to me. Everyone that helped me overlooked me and payed me no mine. I will not be going back to this Sephora. I will find a new location....
   Read moreI love this location. I came here after my workout class and was helped by Aren. She shade matched me and made sure I left with the shade I was happy with. They were also alternatives to another brand that they didn’t have in stock. And John helped me in the YSL section he was nothing less than amazing. He also made sure I left with shades I was happy with. He helped me with the shade selections there were so many. I wanted one and left with two. He also went to the register and made sure I got the gift with purchase that the cashier forgot to give me, or maybe didn’t want to give me. But either way, he made sure I left with it so that deserves 5 stars for customer service. To top it all off, the skin tint shades and lip shades were shades that were all sold out online. The associates were knowledgeable in their craft. Definitely will be stopping by...
