Several months ago, I bought a bottle of Derle milk from the store that is a few hundred feet from my door. I got home and opened it to find it was bad despite having a sell by date that was 10 days away. I went to the Derle website to send them an email. That was a huge waste of time as their email system was not working and generated an error message. The next day, I called and spoke to a woman there and left a message to have someone call me but no one ever did. I called again and spoke to someone in charge who blamed the store saying they must have mishandled it. That was a poor response. Milk would really have to be left unrefrigerated for some time to go bad that quickly. Skip ahead to today. I bought another bottle of Derle from the same store. I came home and opened it to find it was already bad. Again, the sell by date is 10 days from now. I just went to their site and wasted more time writing a letter and submitted it but got the same error message. My existing firm got merged with this company and I called two times to place an order but the people whom take order is not trained professionally and we got delivered wrong items then no delivery next order. I called customer service next day to redeliver my order but they hang off on me.

After it happened with the 2% milk, I tried giving the whole milk a chance. 2 times the milk went bad, once several days before the sell-by date, once 1 day after. I switched back to 2% thinking maybe the plant # was bad and grabbed a different one. That went bad 3 days before the sell-by date.
