It's been a comforting and poise experience pawning my valuable and sentimental jewelry with GEM. At the Hicksville location, it was a woman who assisted me in setting up each of my loans and assuring that my jewelry is in safe keeping. The agreed loaned amount was always more than expected which assisted me in the time of need. At the time I paid off all loans, Sean disclosed each set of jewelry to me the most proper and delighting way I've witnessed, opposed to any other pawnbrokers hence why I only go to GEM Pawnbrokers and sincerely believe they are trustworthy with my valued items. Considering I've recommended GEM to friends; checking out their other locations, the services rendered every time, by any of the staff members, have been informative, attentive and expressed in friendly manners; which made the experience even more comfortable and solace. My recent experience with Gem was a very positive one. It was my first time dealing with Gem and a wonderful employee, Sean. He took his time with me and carefully examined all the items I brought in. After we discussed the value, he encouraged me to go to anywhere else to see what I would be offered to prove he was fair and legitimate. I did go to Nassau Gold in Hicksville and they definitely gave a lower value and only when I mentioned Sean at Gem, they became interested and wanted my business. Back to Sean at Gem I went. He was friendly and very easy to talk to and made you felt comfortable. My future business dealings will stay with Sean and Gem. Btw, Gem unlike many places does offer the ability to take out a loan in order to keep your items. Huge Plus!!! ...

I dealt with two individuals named Shamara and Ibraheem at GEM PAWN BROKERS today , Monday March 11th, 2024 and I must say that the experience was pleasantly surprising! Both individuals were the epitome of respectful, courteous, kind and at the same time professional in conducting business! Their customer service was exemplary, and I wouldn’t be surprised if I came to learn that this store probably earns better than many others in the chain! Two thumbs up for awesome service!
