85% of the meals/shakes/oats that I've gotten are 4 out of 5 or better and reheat well even if frozen. There is about a two week fridge-life on these and since I buy them weekly that is more than enough; otherwise they can always be frozen. I only buy the low sodium ones cause as others have mentioned the salt can get out of hand on some of them. I find the only way to avoid that is to cook from scratch at home which obviously isn't possible for most so here we are. Pre-ordering online (before midnight on Sunday for the following week) is the best way to get a good deal and saves me about $3 a meal compared to buying in person. The walk-in option is great for the weeks I forget to buy or need a few extra meals. Certain dishes (shrimp, etc) have an additional fee (.25 - 1.00)which is fair and understandable.
