I was very unhappy with the service I received from this company. Once they install your system, the service goes downhill. I was talked into buying a security system and doing a finance program. When all is said and done, this system costed me over $4k. I was unable to afford their yearly service plan, which is over $500, and without it, they will not help you even though you purchased it from them it from them. I called recently because my DVR is not recording any longer, spoke to the service Manager who was not very nice and totaly unhelpfull. He tried to tell me a new 4 channel dvr would cost me $2000. I am not a tech guy but I am not an idiot either. Then he said that he would send a technician out to replace the hard drive (which is less than 3 years old and I am still paying of) but it would cost $180 for the guy to come for the first hour plus $450 for the hard drive. He also reminded me that had I paid the service plan (that I could not afford) it would have been less expensive. After researching I found similar four camera systems with a DVR for $400 to $700 dollars. BOY WAS I DUPED ! I then spoke to an security tech guy who for $250 would install the new system. Was just relaxing in the packed drive through for the wendys on motor parkway in hauppauge, and their van pulls up behind me and starts trying to squeeze through on my right to go around me. They almost hit both mine and the parked cars but they manage to squeeze past without hitting either. While they are squeezing through he decides its necessary to stop directly next to me, curse me out in spanish, flip me off, then move forward a little point to the gap between me and the truck in front of me before going to their parking spot. The person operating van #22 was driving in an extremely unsafe manner — speeding, tailgateing, weaving in and out of lanes, and failing to signal from Atlantic through Merrick to Sunrise.
