I brought in a photo that is about 60 years old. It is the wedding photo of my fiance's deceased parents. The photo was slightly beat up missing part of my father-in-law's I the frame was all broken the glass broke and I have held on to this for a long time trying to find someone that I felt safe enough to leave it with. Couldn't have had a better experience getting a custom original print framed and matted. Spent an hour working to create the perfect combination with one of their design consultants who understood my vision clearly. My piece was finished and ready for pick up about a week later. This was supposed to be a sentimental gift for my father in law on Christmas when a guest accidentally broke the glass in the dedicated gift room. My wife took it back to get fixed 2 days after Christmas and they fixed it on the spot for no additional charge since it was a Christmas gift.
