These guys are really great! I have one of those very cheap 106 dollar Victrola 7 in 1 record player that my son somehow got his hands on and messed up. I brought it in to have them take a look at it to see if it could be saved. They were so nice and didn't judge my cheap record player and its weird platter setup lol. They replaced the needle for 10 bucks, which saved me some money in the meantime for an upgrade that I'll save for the future! They carefully tied up my cord and wire radio antenna for me while I browsed. I really appreciate that they took such great care of my record player! I spent a while browsing the shop after we resolved the issue and bought a Neutral Milk Hotel record, which I've wanted to get for a while! I also spotted a lot of cheap used records, a whole section for 1 dollar records, and another section for 4-5 dollar records. They have a variety of genres, both old and new music, and it's a great place to browse during the weekend or on your day off. I will definitely return to browse some more and perhaps repair my record player (and future upgraded record player!) if I run into any issues again...

Came here 3 times with a problem. Bought a cassette deck that was supposed to be serviced but it didn’t work at all. Wouldn’t turn or play tapes. Returned it and got another one just for it to have only one channel playing. Paid $75 plus tax for it. When I went to return it I used $60 for records and the rest was to be paid out in cash yet I didn’t receive back the tax I paid in my refund so they profited $8 and change off me. Really not happy I had to drive an hour 3 separate times to return a tape deck twice that didn’t work when everything is guaranteed to work and I didn’t even get back the full amount I paid....

Great shop. Not overly packed so it's easy to search for the gems. Don't be afraid to ask questions. Owner had a first pressing of Jagged Little Pill in the back (open and Mint) he hadn't displayed yet. Picked it up for much less than it usually sells for, if you can even find one. Lots of variety, not over priced and no filler like most shops have. Lots of new stuff also. The day I went I saw a dozen unopened Record Day releases in the new arrival section. My new favorite...
