This location has gone downhill within the past year; read other reviews: Check your pizza before you leave--they miss toppings and intentionally do not tell you (or some ppl find hair!). 2nd time the same topping is missing; this time they did not offer receipt. I even spoke on the phone with who I believe is the manager, and he told me to make sure I check my pizza myself... even though he was the one who handed it to me AND admitted he knew it was out of stock! He also kept repeatedly insisting that he gave me a discount the last time it happened, even after I'd stated the facts: no-one gave me one bc I didn't even realize until after getting home just like this time, and I didn't even see him last time. Whether you're intentionally lying or not: When you're wrong, you're wrong. The other employees are great and friendly; the manager would do well to learn from their demeanor, especially since they actually greet you when you walk in. "Manager, I'd like to speak with one of your employees instead." LOL Edit: I just took another star off for their poor service and my overall rating because the regional manager has yet to contact me again. It's been over a month since he took it upon himself to contact me, but he hasn't responded to me since I replied to him. ??? Parking is great: many lots and long curbsides to pull up to to grab your pizza. Just be careful walking around--sidewalks jutting out in high/odd directions can make it difficult for people to maneuver outside the place to get to the door. Read moreHORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We placed an order at 6:05pm and after we placed the order, we realized we wanted to change something. I wanted to change a whole pie that has toppings to toppings only on half on the pie and the rest plains After explaining this to the woman on the phone, the woman told me ok. When she repeated the order back, it was completely incorrect. She told me she was going to ask another employee for assistance. After returning, with no assistance she tried to help me once more. I told to make half of the pie with toppings and half without. She said she has “no idea” what I’m saying and she said if I want to change the order, I will need to cancel and reorder. I told her “no, it’s fine, leave it as is.” An hour goes by and our order has not updated on Grubhub and says it is “being made”. More time goes by so we call and they can’t find our order. The manager comes on the phone and says it was cancelled by the employee. So instead of offering to rush the order, or offer compensation, they told us - we need to reorder and wait another hour. I just ordered today I specified extra cheese on my pizza.....when it was delivered to my house it was missing cheese from the middle. I ordered extra cheese I payed the extra 2.25$ and they didn't make my order correctly. On top of that I called the store first time they hung up on me 2nd time I was on hold for 10 minutes! And on the 3rd call the guy answered.. After explaining to them still calm I asked them only to fix the mistake. Instead the phone was given to the chef and I was told it had extra cheese even when it didn't.... I argued with him for a minute or 2 telling him I payed for extra cheese it should not be uneven/ missing cheese from the middle. He told me "well if you wanted a cheese pizza you should have ordered cheese lover pizza"... So why did I pay those extra 2.25 then.... Out of charity? I just wanted my food....
