I tried to give them a private feedback but since they were too busy, here it is.

Food is delish but customer service is poor. The ordering process is way lengthier than it should be. The person who took our order repeated the order at least 3 times, which didn't make sense. When I brought the order home after pick up, I found the 2 coke cans missing.

More than the monetary value, it was about the experience. So I called them back to notify them of the situation. They asked me to call them back in another half an hour as they were busy. I'm sitting and thinking that if I were to enjoy hot and fresh food, but missing part of my order because of their mistake, I'm supposed to wait at least half an hour before they could even take my complaint.

No one from the staff was rude though, just poorly trained. My suggestion would be to thoroughly check your order everytime because you can't rely on their staff to do the basic...
