UPDATE!! I spoke to the owner and they were very understanding and said they would address these issues. I hope to see these improvements and make a trip back there because the food is soo good!
I’ve been coming to this establishment for years and have always enjoyed the food, which is why I chose to host a party here recently. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing and didn’t reflect the level of care or service I had come to expect as a loyal customer.
Our main dishes took nearly two hours to arrive, and several full entrees were cleared from the table without anyone offering to pack them or asking if we’d like to take them home. We lost at least three untouched dishes this way. While I understand it’s usually the host’s responsibility to request leftovers, it was surprising that no one offered or checked—especially given the size of our party.
I also asked for a water jug during the event to avoid purchasing individual bottles, but was told they didn’t have any available. With a large group, this resulted in nearly $40 spent just on bottled water, which felt excessive and unnecessary for a dine-in setting.

I truly hope the management takes this feedback to heart and works on improving the service and attention to detail—particularly for customers hosting special occasions. At this time, I’m unsure whether I’ll...
Read moreThis place opened up 3 weeks ago and I’ve already been here 3 times. Amazing, beautiful decor and the food is the best north Indian food you can wish for. The prices are also really reasonable. Im comparing this to some legendary places in queens and it’s pretty up there. I’m not sure who rated it as $100/person but it’s nowhere near that pricy. 3 of us dined to our full content for $50 total. The only complaint I have is that food does take longer than usual to come out but I’m sure they can fix that by hiring more staff in the back. Other than that, it’s become my new favorite place to dine in. It’s the only Indian place that’s open so late in Nassau county. I simply love it. I had shahi paneer, paneer purji, malai kofta and chill-garlic naan. I’m sure their meat options...
