This has to be one of the most unprofessional and unfriendly menwearhouses I ever had the displeasure of stepping into. My partner went in with hopes of getting measured for a tux- When he asked one of the workers for assistance, she said it would just be "easier" if he just bought a tux because the event was 1 week away. She pointed us to a cheap sales rack and told us to pick from there and walk away. I immediately felt that she did not want to help us but he still needed a tux so I didn't say anything. Frustrated , we decided to ask another worker and he was helpful somewhat. We ended up renting the tux but plans have changed and we no longer needed it. We had already put a payment down and picked up the tux 1 week later. We called about 20 minutes later After picking it up and asked if we can return With full refund because plans had changed. The girl on the phone said that that was possible since it had only been 20 minutes and the tux hadn't even been worn.We get There and the store manager didn't want to issue refund. She said it was against policy. Very long story short, she only agreed to give us half the money back. We had to call corporate to find out that corporate is very upset with how they handled the situation. Corporate said that there was no such policy and a full refund should have been issued. Corporate had agreed to send us the rest of the money back. Danielle the store manager and Kyle should really pick and choose their battles. We were the nicest customers and had a bad experience from the moment we walked in. We really appreciate corporate and how they handled the situation but with that said I would go somewhere else if you were looking into renting buying or purchasing a suit or tux. This specific mens wearhouse seems to lack a whole lot of professionalism and customer service skills. They all come off as miserable workers and it shows...
Read moreDear [Store Manager's Name or Store Team],
I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent visits to your store, where I purchased a suit and shirt for an upcoming wedding.
My first two visits were excellent â your staff was friendly, engaging, and helpful in guiding me through the selection process. I appreciated the time taken to help me pick out the right suit and the suggestion to return for tailoring. On my second visit, the tailor was knowledgeable and attentive, and the fitting process was smooth and professional.
However, when I returned to pick up my suit after being contacted, the experience felt noticeably different. The person at the front desk seemed disengaged, and after checking with me twice, they initially couldnât locate my suit. Once it was found, it was left in the dressing room without further assistance. I tried it on and brought it to the counter, expecting the usual final touches â such as pressing the suit and shirt â which had been standard in previous visits. Instead, I was handed the garments as-is and charged an additional $3.00 for a garment bag.
Given the amount I spent on the suit, shirt, and shoes, I was surprised that a garment bag wasnât included as part of the overall service. Itâs a small detail, but one that makes a big difference in how the customer experience feels â especially when everything else had gone so well.
Iâm sharing this not as a complaint, but as constructive feedback. I truly value the quality of your products and the professionalism I experienced earlier in the process. I hope this helps highlight an opportunity to ensure consistency in service from start to finish.
Thank you for your time...
Read moreSharing on behalf of my friends experience with Mike. Dude is unreal. "This Guy Doesnât Sell SuitsâHe Sells Confidence."
Walking into the store, I thought we were shopping for a suit. But within five minutes of meeting Mike, I realized I was getting something far more valuable: an experience.
This man isnât just a suit salesmanâheâs a style strategist, a tailoring tactician, and a confidence coach all wrapped into one sharply dressed powerhouse. He took one look at my boy, sized him up based off style, posture, energyâand somehow pulled out the perfect suit like a magician pulling a rabbit out of a hat. No tape measure needed (though he used one just to show off, I think).
His attention to detail is unreal: lapel width, button stance, shoulder structureâI didnât even know these things mattered until he showed us the difference they make.
By the time my buddy walked out, he wasnât just wearing a suit. He was wearing purpose. Swagger. Elevation.
Bottom line: if youâre looking for someone to sell you a suit, keep walking. But if you want someone who will transform you in one? This...
