CVS Pharmacy — Local services in Town of Rhinebeck

I had to change my pharmacy because the pharmacist was so incompetent and rude. She refused to call my health insurance provider when there was an issue with my card. Only at the pharmacy I didn’t have any other issues anywhere else. She told I need to call them again even though I explained to her that I called them twice and they said the problem is on the pharmacy side and they asked the pharmacist to contact them and explain what exactly the problem is. She was raising her voice at me and told me I can’t talk to her like that. I also witnessed the pharmacists being careless and incompetent with other costumers. None of the knew what Coricidin High Blood Pressure medication is. It was hard to believe. They ignored a person who was not feeling week and asked if they can call an ambulance because she wasn’t able to do it, when she asked for water they told her to wait and when they brought the water ask her to pay for it. People who work there have no empathy, no compassion. It used to be different but now it is the worse CVS pharmacy I’ve ever seen. I switched to red hook pharmacy.
