I have been coming to this location since they first opened up their doors. No matter what staff member is working behind the counter they have all been helpful and attentive. I visited here on Thursday to purchase a few items for a family member! Aiden was my sales associate and was super helpful and full of helpful information on the products I was purchasing. He was able to answer every question I had which was a lot. Thanks to him the products I purchased were exactly what was needed!!! I also visited the store today to buy products for myself, the two ladies working behind the counter Gianna and Aarushi were very professional and courteous to all my questions. I was able to ask away without feeling rushed or ignored. They were also very informational about the the products I was purchasing today! I have no complaints about this place. It is beautifully set up neat and clean. Products are very easy to find and browsing alone is a treat with the many gorgeous glass displays filling the store. I would leave 0 stars if I could. I spend atleast $75-$120 here a week for the last 2 years. Went in and the guy who used to work in the front, the taller gentleman with glasses who’s always wearing dope caps and jerseys, used to help me he’s the reason I became a regular always gave me top notch service. I went in a couple of times he wasn’t there I walk out well today I find out they let him go?!? He was the only one who knew what they were doing, that’s very disappointing I will no longer be coming to this shop anymore. The customer service I got from him was bar none all the products I buy I can easily get online but I loved going on Fridays after a long day at work and banter and get my stuff but now I have to look else where. Got a vape that didn’t work and asked for a swap and the manager got seriously aggressive for no reason. Poor judgement on the managers part has lost this location a customer. I have been here several times but if that guy is still there I will never go back. Be careful what you get before you leave and 100% make sure the product is working how it’s suppose to because they will not fix their mistakes.
