Verizon — Local services in Town of Riverhead

Unfortunately I had a mishap with my cellphone this afternoon with it getting bent and cracked in the tailgate of my truck. I went to my local Verizon store and Kevin immediately handled business and had me back up and with a new iPhone within 30 minutes. Evan was a pleasure to work with and extremely helpful. I initially contacted apple and their answer was I needed to go to my local Apple Store which is not close to have them look at the phone or they could send out a box and shipping label for me to send it out which would take approximately 5-7 days which in this day and age is absurd. Evan was awesome and I cannot be happier with the speed and care he gave to my problem all while pushing back a doctors appointment that he had scheduled for himself after work and he...

Today was my third visit to Evan in the Riverhead Verizon store, to upgrade our other son’s iPhone. Ditto ditto relative to last two reviews!,

Went back to see Evan today to upgrade one of my sons’ phones. He was as clear and efficient as I remember!!

Evan could not have been more personable and professional. We came in to check out the phone and cloud storage in my wife’s phone. We could have simply purchased more iCloud storage. But Evan explained that her phones storage was limited and that because of her model, a new iPhone 14 could be had for “zero dollars” and would offer her more gigs. So we upgraded her phone! And then we upgraded mine along with our family’s service plan. It cost me some dollars today but I’ll be saving ling term in my monthly bills....

Great service. Store Manager Kevin Prendergast is excellent. My iphone 4 died unexpectedly and he really helped me out. Not only did he meet me at my workplace to look at my phone and see if the data could be recovered he provided me a loaner phone for the time period while I was looking into what new phone to purchase. He also advised me about pre-owned phones in order to wait until the upgrade on my phone service policy was available.

The best part of everything was that Kevin did not try to sell me but rather looked at the situation as a consultant helping a friend find the right device for my needs. Overall a great experience and I would recommend any and all customers to look to Kevin for your telecommunications needs...
