Dear Ms. Marie: We have been in business for nearly three decades. We have always maintained our standard in providing its best with food and service. Nonetheless, our reputation within the community. We are deeply concerned about your experience at our establishment and have conducted a thorough review of the situation; here’s the breakdown: (1) You and your husband (hereinafter known as the “Party of Two”) came in for buffet; (2) the Party of Two spent approximately 40 minutes consuming food from the buffet; more than a few plates of food; (3) after the Party of Two was nearly finished; they told our staff that “ALL OF YOUR FOOD IS COLD, CAN WE JUST GO” and was on their way out. In other words the Party of Two is asking us can they Dine and Dash (eg. eat and leave without the need to pay); (4) the Party of Two never made any complains or suggestions to our staffs during their meal.
We are a small business within the community who are trying to make a living and most certainly we are always striving our best to satisfy our customers. We offered the Party of Two a 50% discount off their bill; after the 50% discount, the bill came to $9 ($9 for two people at the buffet). The Party of Two insisted that they should leave without paying.
Conclusion: The Party of Two paid the $9, left our establishment and posted a review on Google.

BUT they sweetly charge you 15% Gratuity on parties of 5+ (that's not mentioned but somewhere posted in their rear wall which people will never be able to see). This gratuity they add ON TOP OF THE TAXED AMOUNT OF THE BILL (which is illegal) and they will not give you an itemized bill even if you ask for it. In fact, their typical trick is to threaten to call the cops whenever you dispute this ... We gave a damn and stayed till the cop came - but needless to say, he wasn't able to do much.
