Went in to do an Amazon return. No clear signage, went to the counter where all the other Staples do their returns was told to go to another, no big deal. Got to other counter, girl was helping one lady. As I’m standing there in clear site of girl doing the returns behind the lady giving them to her another woman and her husband come in and state they have so many returns and start to put their stuff on the counter. So I gave it a chance knowing the girl saw me and she finishes up with original lady and moved on to the people who came after me. I clearly state “hey can you please just do my two items first I was behind the other lady” The husband and wife were like of course yes, however the worker seemed annoyed and made it a point to state in front of everyone “ for future reference the line is there” a few feet away from me, if it was such an issue as it was not because no one else was there why didn’t she tell me when she first saw me? I said ok I understand but I was standing here the whole time but she still made it a point to speak back to me and repeat it again.    Read moreA month ago, I had to get 400 copies of an obituary made of my nephew at the Gateway Staples in Brooklyn in less than 24 hours. First, I called to ensure I had enough time and the young lady by the name of Raven confirmed I did. Upon arrival, I met with Raven and she informed me that what I created needed to be adjusted but not to worry If I wanted to take it home and redo I could still have the prints copied in the morning. Although, she wouldn't be there, she introduced me to Cindy who would handle my order. The next morning as stated, Cindy created my prints and had them available in less than an hour. Not to mentioned she had a rude customer at the time but she still showed professionalism. I say all of this to say thank you Raven and Cindy for being you. They seem to hire literally anyone out of a prison cell. I'll absolutely never give this company anymore business than I already have and I've told all of my friends, family, and colleagues to stay far away.
