Staples — Local services in Town of Rye

Great customer service and they have everything that is needed for a business or school supplies. A lot of customers want things at their time what they don't acknowledge is the amount of staff there is in the location.. I had an associate help me and at the same time while he was helping me towards my product meanwhile other clients asked questions and he multitasked and answered them and pointed them to ther location. Oviusly if the phones rang and rang is because of a reason and it is cause they are occupied. Especially when it's back to school season customers don't understand how busy all the associate's are and they act as if they don't notice.. they are doing the best they can to assist everyone. Before writing a negative review about service think about how hard the associates work to get things done. Another thing I saw was a review about empty shelves .. Well let's see back to school season oviusly happens and cleans out the store and with all the customers and their questions I doubt they can restock everything especially if it's going to be gone the following day. However I bet if you go now you see the store a lot better and the staff on point.. I thank all the associates for there hard work and dedication. Please think before you write any of your reviews.. Horrible experience and it makes me never want to shop at a staples ever again. Went to ship a package the customer service was beyond not helpful at all. I needed a box and supplies for UPS and to print some items. Instructed to go down an isle find my box then pack it. They didnt have a size I needed to large. Asked if they had any other boxes that were smaller or possible a small box the store was throwing out feom inventory, even offered to pay for the box which is probably free to the store. They said no. So I left went next door to Daves Dollar and got a box then went back to staples to print. Stood their for an hour to try and get the email sevice to work no luck, tried dropbox no luck (my internet on phone was giving me issues) tried the staples hot spot - wifi that wasn't working. Not once did an employee come over and assist but assist a lady next to me, even after I said I was having issues. They are all useless lazy employees even the managers who watched other customers needing help saying oh let me find someone to help but I dont see anyone available. EMPLOYEES WHO DON’T APPRECIATE TIME

I went to this staples to get my photos laminated and the guy there supposedly didn’t know how to do it and he said he would call the girl that knows how to do it. She took her sweet time and didn’t come for about 15 minutes and when she came she had a nasty attitude. She couldn’t even talk to me personally she told the other guy to tell me I had to wait a while to get my pictures ready. She also messed up my pictures, they ended up coming out with bubbles and she said it was because of the material and no it was not because of that, they came out like that because she didn’t even wanna do it so she didn’t take her time to do it right.
