The food there is really good. BUT the older man that often answers the phone and works at the counter is awfully rude and keeps this angry disposition. Happens every time. getting vile attitude from this man. Last time, he was angered with me when I asked him for seasoning on the nuggets. And he did it for me quite angrily. It’s so sad to see people that seem to be empowered with treating people like this. I suppose these places are desperate for workers and will accept this kind of behavior towards customers. This man should be assigned to a different job there where he doesn’t have to interact with people because he clearly seems completely incapable of that. instead there he is, afflicting the public with his hate and anger. Hope the owners enjoy their profits with this absolutely miserable hateful man at the helm spitting his venom...

They need to change up the staff. They were great when it was a lower volume place but now they're suffering as the business has picked up.

Be ready to wait and get frustrated by a language barrier when you come in here. Also be on the lookout for how they try and cut down on your portions. I had them transfer a boss special from a bag to a cardboard tray and they had to run to make more to fill up the tray, be wary of their portions! You're paying so you deserve the full amount

The mamaroneck, stamford and greenwich locations are exceptional but this location can't seem to get it under control.

I love the food, BUT FOR THE PAST 4 TIMES i ordered via Uber eats it is not correct. I have requested 4 separate times to PUT SEASOING ON THE SIDE ( THE SEASONING IS THE WHOLE POINT OF THE MEAL ). I EVEN CALLED THE RESTAURANT TO CONFIRM THE ORDER AND THE EMPLOYEE TOLD ME HE WAS PRETTY SURE THEY PUT SEASOING ON THE SIDE. I just want to eat my food i obviously do not want to have to call and ask for seasoning after i already requested it on my order. the employees should be MORE MINDFUL of the customer orders. I shouldnt have to Go into the store to make sure everything is correct. THIS IS THE 4th time it has happen. Please understand that it is very annoying to keep...
