The only reason why I’m giving 1 star is because how great Lori is when I get the pleasure of having her at checkout, however all the other team members along with management is disgusting. I’ve been purchasing baby formula from this location and online for the past 7 months since my son was born. My last 3 shopping experience have been horrible from getting escorted to the cashiers, to being called a scammer for inquiring about headphones, to having team members try not to price match my items until I showed proof of my purchases like I’ve been doing for the last 7 months. It’s horrible to know you’ll get treated based on how you look, when I stopped to get formula and price match it while wearing my hospital uniform it’s never been an issue, but wearing regular clothes exposing my tattoos and being a minority I get called a scammer. Horrible customer service!!!!they are RUDE and also accused me of switching my headphones l was trying to return which made absolutely no sense.l had the box it came in and also the receipt, the lady also wanted a whole explanation as to why l didn’t want them. l have a right to exchange or get my money back l shouldn’t have to explain why l don’t want something l PAID for!!!! Then one of the supervisor / manager lm not sure who she was named christina was telling me to calm down talking about the serial numbers don’t match how are you mad at me because i’m upset that i’m getting accused of swapping an item l paid for. I ordered the crib 2 weeks ago. The order never got shipped. After a week, I contacted Target, their customer service replaced the order for me. So I waited another week, nothings shows up.

I contacted their customer service, they said there is nothing they can do for me. They said it's not their responsiblity to make sure the order arrive on time. They first promise me to deliver on Thursday, then they promise me to deliver on Friday, then promise me to deliver on next Monday. I called them again, they can not reiumbused me or do anything for me.
