A self-service kiosk order driven dining experience with an option for a tip at checkout. If paying by cash, there is a cashier line. On the menu 4oz flattened Angus beef patty with toppings. Nothing like what they feature on their menu board, online and on the photo in this review. Calories range from 370 - 870 for their limited time Shack Stack. My lunch today cost $17.10, no fries. I had the Avocado 🥑 🥓 burger and their limited time Mango Passionade. I did not care for the applewood-smoked bacon. It left an odd aftertaste. The lemonade was not bad at 130-260 cals.

During today's Port Chester location Grand Opening the store is contributing $1.00 for every sandwich sold to Feed Westchester.

The staff was pleasant and hope is stays that way. I checked out their online order system and it's terrible. The Port Chester location not even listed. 🤨

Fernando is the MVP of Shake Shack!

I just had the best experience at Shake Shack, all thanks to Fernando! From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and a great attitude. He was incredibly friendly, efficient, and made sure my order was perfect. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in his work.

Not only was the food amazing, but Fernando’s exceptional service made my visit even better. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was just right, and his positive energy was contagious. Plus, if you’re a basketball fan, you’ll love chatting with him—he’s a huge LeBron James fan! Just like LeBron dominates the court, Fernando dominates customer service with his MVP-level skills.

First time eating here. Appreciate the order kiosk, so that I can make sure my order is entered correctly. Food (burger, fries and shake) were presented to me as ordered and were pretty good tastewise. Entered the premises at about 7:15 on a Friday night, so there was a lot of traffic. They have an outdoor eating area that appeared pleasant, although we stayed inside to track our order and decided to remain in place once it arrived. Wait was long (15-20 minutes) but that's not a surprise considering the time of day. The staff appeared to be going all out to get the orders through, so kudos to them.
