I wish I could say I will be back, but the service was awful, the waitress didn’t talk to us at all aside from us placing our food order. When we received our food we let the waitress know our food order was incorrect. Her response was extremely rude. We were are party of 3 and we were definitely going to tip but we were force to give 18%. I completely understand that tips are Important. But the service was AWFUL! We weren’t even asked if we were happy with the service or our food or if we needed anything else. There was little to no communication. This was an awful experience. We were hesitant to order anything else because of the RUDE attitude of the waitress.

Been in Port Chester for many years and finally paid Coyote Flaco a visit. This restaurant has been in town for years and I can firmly say, one of the best Mexican/Ecuadorian places I’ve eaten at. The seating is traditional. Outside. On picnics tables. It was the best! Pictures are the chimichangas, table salsa and a pitcher of their jalapeño margaritas. The service was pretty fast. The menu was very long but the classics always called out as house favorites. Went with a few coworkers and they were all happy. Give Coyote Flaco a try if you’re ever in the area.

Coyote Flaco has some amazing enchiladas. Dare I say possibly one of the best? Loved their option of ordering all three enchiladas de Mole Suiza y Roja. What a trip of flavor. The black refried where flavorful and unique in their own way. Loved the thin and crispy house made Nachos and salsa. I've had enchiladas mostly around the city and in Mexico these definitely stand out. I will have to return one day the drive will be worth it. Love the decor and how it's based out of a house with outdoor seating very cozy. Great service muchas gracias!

Usually love this place, but today had an experience that made me decide to probably never go back.

Listen, I have allergies and intolerances that are odd, I get that, but if you can't meet my dietary restrictions for some reason on a particular night you have to let me know when I'm ordering. It's ok, I'll go somewhere else.

I sat there and had my meal come back 2 times and then the manager told me that neither waiter told him about my allergies or told the chef AND the chef was refusing to fix the meal even when he (the manager) asked him to. I was there for 90 minutes and didn't eat, on my birthday no less.

I get the manager is young, and his employees are much older than him, but the owner has accommodated me and my family many times and I was shocked at the response I got tonight.

He even said to me, "yes I know you and you are always here and we usually accommodate you, but the owner isn't here and I can't get the chef to do it."

Part of me appreciated his honesty, but all he told me was he shouldn't be the manager.

I won't knock their food, it is delicious, but I can't ever understand how the owner could allow his employees to not put their customers...

This is a very discombobulated restaurant, from a take out standard. First let me say that their food is delicious...but from a management standpoint, they are a disaster. Tonight, I ordered online, through their website, 2 ground beef tacos. I ordered them at 6PM for a 7PM pickup (should have given them plenty of time for a Sat. night). When I arrived at 7 PM, they had no record of my order, even though I had received an e-mail confirmation of my order at 6:01 PM. When I got there, at their takeout pickup window, there was total confusion. They had no record of the order, that coupled with the fact that no one there speaks sufficient English, turned this into a Keystone cops routine. Ultimately, I got my order, alas 20 minutes late. I asked for the manager, and asked him what was the best way to order for pickup (online, call it in, whatever). He said in broken English, online...but then said "the tablet..the tablet", whatever the hell that means. I don't know if I want to go through this again. This is not rocket science...

Placed an online order, and noticed a delay in the delivery. Gave the restaurant a call and was told there was an issue with the online order and some confusion over what specifically was chosen from the menu (not blaming the restaurant for this as I am not sure what triggered the error through the online ordering process). Unfortunately as I attempted to clarify what the order should have been I was rudely told that the restaurant "did not have time for this" (likely an additional 30 seconds) and was hung up on.

It's a shame because we typically enjoy their food and usually have a great experience dining in/placing orders. Almost all of the staff have been very friendly but this one gentleman has ruined the restaurant for us and we will not be returning. Perhaps a lesson in customer service would suffice. Even a polite version of the same message would have sufficed and kept us...
