Backstory: Purchased my car (2013 Ford Fusion Titanium) from Adams, NY Fuccillos. Car was purchased with "INTERSTATE" warranty or something like that. A/C compressor clutch had apparently come off sometime during the winter (about 16,000 driving miles since I've had the car). I had a garage quote me $900 for a repair, and figured my warranty would cover. Went to call Adams, NY Fuccillos but I am glad somehow I got connected to the Seneca Falls one. Figured each location was the same distance and length of drive from my house, so I just went with it.
Actual Review: I walked in (to the Seneca Falls Fuccillos) and you're just greeted by people that just seem happy to be there. I'm going to call the representative that I spoke to "Randy" as I do not know his name off the top of my head (sorry Randy). He was the middle-desk service guy. Anyway, I brought my computer and planned to sit there all day while the compressor was replaced (Note, that this place is about 2 hours from my home, and my local Ford dealer that I know doesn't take interstate warranty). Took about 7 hours (due to the fact that they had to wait for the OEM part from FORD). My warranty covered all but $100 of costs which was my deductible. Overall I was satisfied there.
It looked like they even washed my car before giving it back to me!
Here comes the best and worst part of the review. I drove it off the lot, and decided not to take the interstate 90 back, and instead took State Route 20. About 35 minutes into that drive all the sudden I heard a "pop" and I had little to no power. At this point I'm very upset and stressed-to-the-max as I had waited 7 hours, they were closing soon, and I was like 1.5 hours from home (at the time). I called them up (stressed and probably yelling but I don't really remember), and they told me if I could get it back there they would have a loaner car waiting for me since their service at the time was closing in 5 minutes.
I used my AAA Premier (and I can probably guarantee that if I had not had AAA they would've helped me get the car back to their service center anyway) and thankfully got a tow quickly before the whole store shut down at 8pm. Got back, and the guy who was outside instantly recognized me from being there all day greeting me with an "hey it's you" and brought me to this new car they offered to loan me. The car was a 2019 Ford Fusion, something I was used to driving (which was convenient and nice)
Finally got home and the next day I learned that it was the part of my Turbo which they had to remove (to replace the A/C compressor) and when they put it back on the oil inside the turbo part must of greased up where he attached it to and when I was driving, it had enough force to pop off like it did. Went up there and took it for the 2 hour drive home and all was fine with cold A/C and all.
Overall, I recommend these guys 100%. I will definitely be going back for service when needed (and applicable, as this place is 2 hours from my house)
Edit: It also looks like they might've topped off my radiator fluid which was pretty low :D.
Edit again: Looks like the ALSO filled my windshield washing fluid... Thank you @ Fuccillos Ford Service Team...
Read moreWe brought our truck to have a repair completed by their service department. We were told to bring it in when we could they couldn't get to it until possibly the following week but could diagnose it sooner, so we brought it on a Friday straight from a car wash. My husband drove about 1/4 on pavement to their garage. It was parked inside for that night. Saturday morning they called and confirmed it had a leaking water pump. Sunday evening I stopped to grab something out of it and it was covered in mud, not like a splash in a puddle but covered from the door handle down, you couldn't even see the chrome on our running boards and our truck went from blue to brown. So I called Monday and spoke to the General manager who didn't seem to care, he just said it would be clean for my husband to pick it up I expressed my concern about any damage done to our truck because we don't go offroad and our warranties are running up and I have no idea what abuse it was put through. My husband received a call to pick up our truck Tues. and when we showed up it was still covered, the mud was like a mucky clay and stained our tires and fenders. The service manager come out and explained they 'd clean it again...umm were forgetting it isn't just the dirtiness, where did my truck go? Why did it leave this lot with a broken water pump? After comparing my paperwork I saw that from when they confirmed the LEAKING WATERPUMP it went 6 miles according to my Ford pass then in total it was 13 according to my mileage on the dashboard, by the time we picked it up. Seriously my babies carseats are in there! Now I have to wonder what was damaged underneath because a PROFESSIONAL took my truck out and beat on it. Our truck has never been offroad. Its babied, maintenanced properly and cleaned almost weekly our truck doesn't get beat on, dirty, or mistreated. We're still paying on this 2017 F150 and now with coming up we will have no warranties and I will have pay for something breaking down because of a mechanic, technician or manager doing this? Seriously is this what a CERTIFIED FORD DEALERSHIP is coming to now? Its even more irritating no one has reached out to address this, we keep being told nothing happened. How dare them call me a liar I saw it and they did when they tried to cover it up washing it and I'm sure its on security camera footage! There's a picture of my shiny blue truck going in at their facility and I took pictures Tues after they tried to wash it, that have mud everywhere. Oh and I can't forget the passenger door, that wouldn't close because they threw water on the truck and left outside to freeze. We had our recall addressed previously and on their lot all of a sudden my door won't shut. I don't think so they were in a hurry and left our truck out to freeze after throwing some water on it. They couldn't be bothered to even bring it 1/4 mile to the wash for an undercarriage car wash, it still has mud caked underneath. The sad part isn't just the washing, its the damage and abuse someone thought they could do to my truck! I am beyond frustrated. I dont have bad things to say about people or businesses, but this is too far and I've had it! It needs...
Read moreI was so pleased when I purchased my pre-owned car from Fuccillo Ford last year. Everything had been checked and rechecked and I was primarily buying an almost brand new vehicle! After one year my son just took the car in for an inspection. The first one needed since buying the car. The inspection, once the car was taken into the garage, took TWO HOURS. Any little thing the mechanics could find, even things not included for an inspection, were added to the bill to pass inspection. My son repeatedly asked, then demanded, to get the inspection bill and the keys to the car. The mechanics repeatedly refused. They told him it would cost over $700 to repair the car so it would pass inspection. He finally had to speak to a manager to get the car back and he STILL had to wait. One would think after just one year the car would have been fine. I had been told when purchasing the vehicle that we were getting new breaks. The entire break system. Then my son was told after one year of driving we needed new breaks. The reason? We didn't drive the car enough, even though it was driven almost everyday. We were told we also needed things that there was no way possible in need of repair unless the parts were bad when we purchased it. My son was so livid he called me several times while waiting to get the car back. Before the car was even returned to him I had made an appointment with my previous mechanic to inspect the car. I may have purchased the car from Fucccillo under false pretenses but I've now been burned and will never take it back. I need to focus on honest people to take care of my car. All of the actions of Fuccillo for a simple inspection were inexcusable and denying access to the car by refusing to give my son the keys back and trying to charge a fortune to pass inspection after one year was their downfall. I will never recommend Fucillo Ford, I will never have anything nice to say about them, I will never do business with them again and I will never forget the sham they pulled on me.
Addendum: I just took my car to another mechanic and the inspection passed with flying colors. Yes, I will need to replace the rear brakes within the next 10,000 miles, but not now. According to NYS they are fine and passed. Proof that Fuccillo...
