Burger King — Restaurant in Town of Seneca Falls

Use to prefer BK to McDonalds, but after tonight they've lost my business. Wife picked up dinner after running some errands since they owed us two free Whoppers after messing up our order last time . She gets home, we discover my daughters sandwich is missing. Try calling, no one will answer. So I drive back to to store to get the sandwich even while my own dinner gets cold. When I arrive, I wait in line until my turn, even though I'm fuming inside. When it is my turn, I ask for a supervisor. The man that comes to speak to me seems not to care. I explain my situation, and he stares blankly, like he's not really listening. When I finish, he asks me again what I need( so OBVIOUSLY not listening) and I point to the receipt. I guess it finally gets through to him, and he yells back my sandwich to the food prep guys, and turns around an continues to ignore me. No apology, no offer to rectify my own meal getting cold due to their mistake. He acts like nothing is wrong. Man is not management material. Since they have screwed up my order twice in a row now, and seemed to not really care, they no longer get...

My fiancee called burger king last night 3/1 after he got home and saw his order was messed up. We called and spoke to a manager by the name of Jamie. I'll be honest my fiancee was kind of a jerk to her in the beginning, but her customer service and the way she handled his complaint really blew my mind. She was very quick to address the issue head on, was very grateful for in her words "bringing this to her attention so she can improve her crew and store". She was wonderful to speak to and as a former fast food worker myself, her people/social/customer service skills are as close to perfect as it can get! You have a true winner on your team. Really enjoy going here, I go with my family every time I go. As its about 15 minutes or so away from where I live. So I go with my family anytime I go out of town. I even will take the drive to solely go to Burger King. Its so much better than Mcdonalds in my opinion, the value of the products they have just seem to taste better as well as prepared fresher. I got a bacon double cheeseburger for myself and my son and they are only a dollar each versus Mcdonalds cheeseburger with bacon which is at least two dollars. To top it off the staff is always friendly whether its jam packed and busy whereas mcdonalds staff is rude and seemed always to be stressed out at the sight of customers. Overall I would choose Burger King over any other fast food place located in Geneva if im in the mood for a burger. Well...
