The Manager is on a pathetic power trip. Went in to browse some things before I got some rock salt and 5 min in the store a lady asks if I need help I say no. She asks again 5 minutes later and I ask about the heaters if they have blue flame natural gas. She treats me like I'm an inmate and she is the CO telling me to call the auburn location. Then said bye thanks for coming like she wants me to leave. I have lived here my entire life and have never had someone be so rude and treat customers like criminals. Shame on you Tractor supply and lady if you hate your job that much learn a trade and pay your bills. Missed out on a $300 purchase and lost a life...

The lady at the store (wish I got her name) is usually there a lot but she helped me pick out something for my dog after I explained what’s been happening with her digestive issues. So she suggested some pre/probiotics chews for my dog’s stomach problems. I went in there probably a week later to pick up dog food and she asked me how my dog was feeling. Which I was going to thank her anyway for helping me because she has been feeling 10x better since I been giving her the probiotic chews. If I could do a zero I would. I called about getting 2 child sized wheelbarrows that were on the online ad since it said available in store. Talked to the manager who said her store showed one in stock but the space where they put them was empty. She "rainchecked" the item for me and that was a month ago. I have called twice at 2 week intervals and they said it's been ordered but hasn't come in yet. Funny I could have just ordered it online and had them weeks ago but the management said it wasn't a problem to get them back in stock.
