The only person that was helpful and friendly was Noah. He always helped us out whenever we were short on a payment or needed any kind of help. Ej and Chuck were both rude and condescending anytime we tried to work something out or even just to make a payment. I’ve dealt with several RAC stores over the years and have paid off and purchased several items with them and can say that this store is by far the worst I’ve ever dealt with and would never recommend even to my worst enemy here. Absolutely horrible customer service and just overall rude and cocky. Even picking up the furniture after they refused to work with us, they gave us an argument about when they could come get it and threatened us. I bought 3 Refrigerators out right from this place in less than a year, I called and spoke with Noah whom is “just the assistant Manager” his words not mine and said there is nothing he can do about one of the refrigerators that is not working because they are paid off. Went in to see about gas stove. The employee behind the counter asked electric or gas. Said propane not natural gas. His comment was I dont have stupid on my forehead as he pointed to his forehead. Very cocky rude. Nope not doing business with that type. Should be ashamed to have employee like that...
